FocusBubble started with a moment of clarity.

At the beginning of 2025, my life felt scattered.
I was 21, without structure, without focus, and spending most of my days on my phone.
Scrolling. Watching. Consuming.
Time passed, but nothing stuck.

I grew up with screens.
Like many people my age, I got my first smartphone young, and over the years it slowly took over.
Looking back, I can clearly see how much it affected my focus, motivation, and mental clarity, without me even realizing it.

The turning point came when I finally became aware of how much time I was losing and how foggy my mind had become.
So I decided to change one thing.

I reduced my screen time from around eight hours a day to less than two.

That single change shifted everything.

I started reading again.
Thinking again.
Moving my body.
Learning. Creating. Being present.

For the first time in years, I felt clear, focused, and in control of my own attention.

That’s when FocusBubble was born.

I didn’t build it to lock people out of their phones or to punish bad habits.
I built it to create a pause. A moment where you consciously choose focus over distraction.

One tap.
The most addictive apps are blocked.
Not forever. Just for now.

Because that decision matters.

FocusBubble is built on a simple idea.
When distractions disappear, your mind has space to reset.
Your attention comes back.
Your brain steps out of the endless dopamine loop.

Over time, that small moment of intention adds up.

FocusBubble isn’t meant to control you.
It’s meant to help you regain control until you don’t need it anymore.

In a way, it’s an app designed to be deleted.

Because the goal isn’t to use FocusBubble forever.
The goal is to live more fully, more intentionally, and on your own terms.

And that’s why I built it.
