Counted started out of curiosity.

I realized I often thought I knew how often I did certain things.
But when I really paid attention, I was mostly guessing.

So I started counting.

Not to judge myself.
Not to optimize everything.
Just to see what was actually happening.

Some things were serious.
Some were silly.
But once they became visible, they were easier to understand.

That’s what Counted is about.
A simple way to track how often you do something and turn habits into something you can actually see.

Over time, awareness can turn into intention.
You can set simple goals if you want, not to pressure yourself, but to gently guide your behavior.

No perfection. No guilt.
